At 8:00 AM, after breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your hotel as we depart from the lively city of Hanoi and set off on our journey to Ha Giang, located at the northern tip of Vietnam. Along the way, we’ll pause at various scenic spots for photo opportunities, capturing the breathtaking landscapes.
We’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing our drive through the picturesque countryside. Expect to arrive in Ha Giang around 4:00 PM. Once there, you’ll check into your hotel and settle in for an overnight stay, ready to explore more in the days to come.
After a simple breakfast, our guide and driver will take you to Quan Ba. Along the way, enjoy the splendid views until we reach Quan Ba, home to Dao and Tay minorities, seasonal farmlands, and verdant hillocks. We’ll embark on a hike along green and dirt tracks to visit a local village and observe their daily life.
After lunch, we’ll continue our journey to Dong Van, a beautiful town surrounded by limestone rock formations. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Dong Van.
After breakfast, we embark on a trek through the remote and stunning countryside of Dong Van. As we follow beaten tracks used by locals, we'll pass through charming villages set against a backdrop of picturesque valleys covered in rice paddies. During our trek, we'll visit the H’mong and Tay people, local ethnic minorities known for their friendliness, colorful clothing, and warm hospitality.
In the early afternoon, we'll return to Dong Van for lunch. Afterward, we'll continue our journey to Meo Vac, traveling through the breathtaking Ma Pi Leng Pass, renowned for its dramatic scenery and deep gorges.
Upon arrival in Meo Vac, check into your hotel and enjoy some leisure time until dinner. Overnight in Meo Vac.
After breakfast, we check out of our hotel in Meo Vac and begin our journey to Ba Be Lake. The drive will take us through some of the most scenic landscapes in northern Vietnam, including lush green valleys and serene rivers. We'll make several stops along the way to capture the picturesque scenery and stretch our legs.
Upon arrival at Ba Be Lake, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the tranquil surroundings of Ba Be National Park, known for its rich biodiversity and stunning natural beauty. You can take a boat ride on the lake, visit nearby caves, or simply relax and soak in the serene atmosphere.
In the evening, check into your accommodation and enjoy dinner. Overnight at Ba Be Lake.

After an early breakfast at your accommodation near Ba Be Lake, we’ll begin our journey back to Hanoi. The drive will take us through stunning landscapes, including lush green valleys and serene rivers. We’ll make several stops along the way to capture the beauty of the countryside and to take short breaks.
Upon arrival in a local town, we'll take a break for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we continue our drive to Hanoi, transitioning from the mountainous terrain to the flat plains of the Red River delta.
Expect to arrive in Hanoi in the late afternoon. Once in the city, we’ll drop you off at your hotel, concluding your adventure.
