8:00 AM: Begin your adventure as our friendly guide picks you up from your hotel in Hanoi, setting off for the scenic Ninh Binh province.
10:30 AM: Arrive at Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. Dive into Vietnamese history and explore the fascinating feudal system under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.
12:00 PM: Savor a delicious lunch featuring local cuisine at a traditional restaurant, offering you an authentic taste of Ninh Binh.
1:00 PM: Embark on a 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride through Tam Coc. Be enchanted by the breathtaking landscape of paddy fields, rivers, clouds, skies, and a stunning cave system, earning its nickname "Ha Long Bay on land."
3:30 PM: Continue your journey to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Climb nearly 500 steps to the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain for a panoramic view of Tam Coc that will leave you in awe.
Evening: Check-in and unwind at your hotel in Ninh Binh, resting up for another exciting day ahead.
After breakfast in Ninh Binh, depart for the harbor to board the Venezia cruises. Upon arrival, transfer by tender to the cruise ship. At 12:15, check in, enjoy a welcome drink, and receive briefings and safety instructions from the crew and cruise manager.
At 12:30, enjoy a delicious lunch as the cruise begins its journey past the remarkable limestone karst formations. These impressive structures rise majestically from the sea, creating a stunning backdrop. The cruise route takes you through less frequented areas, passing Cat Ba Island, Coc Ngoi Islet, and through Cua Dong to the Ba Trai Dao area.
At 14:30, the cruise continues sailing through Lan Ha Bay, surrounded by extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. Start your adventure by kayaking to explore the mysterious beauty of Dark & Bright Cave and its surrounding islets. Enjoy the wild, pristine environment and take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Bay.
At 15:00, immerse yourself in the experience of swimming in the Bay's crystal-clear waters. This unique opportunity allows you to connect with nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the area.
At 16:45, return to the Venezia cruise boat and witness the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Onboard, you can participate in a traditional cooking class where the chef will guide you in making some Vietnamese dishes. In the early evening, take advantage of the boat’s Happy Hour Deal.
At 19:00, savor a delightful dinner featuring delicious local cuisine prepared by the onboard catering staff. Enjoy your meal in an intimate, romantic setting, perfect for a memorable dining experience.
At 21:00, head up to the top deck to admire the nighttime landscape of the bay. Relax with drinks from the bar and try your hand at night squid fishing. Enjoy a fun karaoke session with friends and family. Spend the night onboard the Venezia cruises, ending your day with these engaging activities.
6.00: Begin your new day with taking photos, enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window or from the sun deck.
7.00: Enjoy breakfast in the delighted and peaceful beauty of the Bay.
7.45: After breakfast, transfer to a daily boat to discover another side of Ha Long Bay and Cong Tau Lagoon. Enjoy the beauty of hundreds of limestone islands in less touristy areas.
- Visit “Dau Be Island” then relax on a deserted beach. Kayaking to discover “Ho Ba Ham” (3 hidden lagoons).
- After lunch we will cruise to another part of Lan Ha Bay.
15.30: Return to Venezia Cruises to relax and enjoy the Happy deal for drinks.
19.00: Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by the wonderful onboard catering staff. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.
21.00: Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. Try your hand at night squid fishing, enjoy the funny Karaoke time with friends and family. Overnight on Venezia Cruises.
6:00: Begin your day by taking photos and enjoying the sunrise from your cabin window or the sun deck.
7:00: Delight in breakfast amidst the peaceful beauty of the Bay.
8:30: Transfer by tender to visit Viet Hai village on Cat Ba Island. Enjoy a biking tour (with electric cars available) through a rainforest tunnel leading to a village nestled in a valley within a national park. Visit a traditional house, greet local inhabitants, and see their homes and the village school. Return to the Venezia Cruises boat for check-out procedures.
10:45: While cruising back to the port, enjoy a delightful lunch.
11:45: Arrive at the port where your guide and driver will be waiting to take you back to Hanoi. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.
After breakfast at your hotel, we’ll bid farewell to the bustling city of Hanoi and continue our journey to the picturesque northwest region of Vietnam, heading towards Sapa. Along the way, we'll make several stops to capture the breathtaking scenery and take photos of the magnificent landscapes.
Around noon, we'll arrive in Sapa and enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, we will check into our hotel and then set off to explore the charming town of Sapa, nestled in a stunningly beautiful valley and home to the Black H’mong people.
Our afternoon will be free for you to discover Sapa at your own pace. You can explore the local markets, interact with the friendly locals, or simply relax and take in the serene surroundings. We will return to the hotel in the late afternoon, and the rest of the evening will be yours to leisurely explore the quaint town of Sapa on your own.
Prepare for an exhilarating day of hiking through the breathtaking scenery of the Sa Pa Valley. Our adventure begins as we follow a small dirt track, crossing the Muong Hoa River, and visiting the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Here, you can admire the stunning rice terraces that emerge from the morning mist, creating a truly awe-inspiring sight.
Our journey continues to Ta Van, home to the Dzay people, where you will have the opportunity to explore a fascinating collection of rock carvings. Lunch will be served in a very local house, providing a unique cultural experience.
In the afternoon, we will trek through a lush bamboo forest to reach Giang Ta Chai, a village inhabited by the Red Dao ethnic minority. After exploring the village and its surroundings, we will check-in at the homestay of Black Hmong people, completing a day filled with unforgettable sights and cultural encounters.

Start your day with a thrilling visit to Fansipan, the highest peak in Indochina. After an early breakfast, take a cable car ride to the summit, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Spend the morning exploring the peak and taking in the majestic scenery. After descending, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, check out of your hotel and begin your journey back to Hanoi, concluding your unforgettable adventure in the stunning northwest region of Vietnam.
